4. Photos and AI Analysis

When you upload or capture a plant photo, it may be processed using AI technology to identify the plant and provide health and care suggestions.

Important: AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific plant or environment. Fulik is not a substitute for professional botanical, agricultural, pest-control, or safety advice. Always verify important care decisions independently.

Please do not upload sensitive personal images or images containing people, documents, addresses, or private information.

Your photos are processed by OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C.) to identify plants and provide care recommendations. Your images are transmitted to OpenAI's servers and processed according to OpenAI's Privacy Policy. Fulik does not store your photos on its servers; images are only held in memory during analysis and are not retained by Fulik after the result is returned.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

If you are located in the EU, UK, or EEA, we process your information based on:
